A Canadian Kennel Club Listing Fee is payable if entry does not include a CKC Individual Number. To compete in the Non-Regular Classes, the dog must be entered in regular classes or as Exhibition Only. To facilitate setting up jumps in Obedience, please include your dog's height on entry.

 

Conformation Classes:

The following official CKC classes, divided by sex, will be provided. Enter ONE class only.

 

Junior Puppy

A dog 6 months up to 9 months on the day of the show.

 

Senior Puppy

A dog 9 months up to 12 months on the day of the show.

 

Canadian Bred

A dog which was born in Canada.

 

Bred by Exhibitor

A dog owned and handled by the breeder.

 

Open Class

All dogs 6 months of age or older.

 

Specials

Dogs who are Canadian Champions only.

 

Exhibition Only

Dogs 6 months & over, not in competition.

 

Obedience Classes:

Novice A & B; Open A & B; Utility

 

"A" Classes

For dogs handled by owner or immediate family members through all classes.

 

"B" Classes

For trainers, multiple entries or dogs who have earned titles in another country.

 

Open

For dogs who have earned a C.D. in Canada.

 

Utility

For dogs who have earned a C.D.X. in Canada.

 

Veterans

For dogs with an obedience title and 7 years old prior to closing of entries. Dogs entered in this class can not be entered in any Regular Classes, but must be entered in Exhibition Only.

 

Brace

Two dogs who work together in a Class.

 

Junior Handling

 

There will be Official CKC Junior Handling at our Shows. Dogs used in competition must be entered in one of the regular classes or Exhibition Only.
